The historic Beltar 23rd Khasi Cup Football Tournament, to be held on the auspicious occasion of Dashain and Diwali, will start on this date 2082/06/03 in Beltar town of Chaudandigadhi Municipality, Udayapur district!

• Last date for team registration 2082/05/28 (till 4 pm)
• Team registration fee: 2505
• Game schedule details (Tie sheet): 2082/05/30 (till 12 pm)
• Game opening: 2082/06/03
• Game venue: Ram Prasad Rai Stadium, Chaudandiga Municipality-7
• First prize: Khasi, trophy and medal
• Second prize: 20 kg of broiler chicken, trophy and medal
• Man of the match cash: Rs. 1005 including medal, 1 person in each game
• Will be distributed in the final game of the competition!
- Best Goalkeeper: Medal with cash
- Best Defender: Medal with cash
- Best Midfielder: Medal with cash
- Best Striker: Medal with cash
- Best Player: Medal with cash
- High Scorer: Medal with cash
Rules:-
• The game will be played according to the prevailing FIFA rules!
• The game will be played according to the knockout system!
• At least 5 players from the competing team must be present in the playing set! The remaining players will be allowed to participate only from within Chaudandigadhi Municipality!
• Each team must have 18 players, 1 team manager and 1 team coach, a total of 20 names!
• To prove that the player is a resident of Chaudandigadhi Municipality, a copy of citizenship or valid identity card must be attached along with the starting list!
• The referee appointed by the organizer will be the only one who will be valid! Players must play the game according to the referee's instructions!
• If any adverse situation arises during the game, the organizer reserves the right to suspend the game!
• If any player gets injured during the game, the organizer will provide first aid only! In case of serious injury, the organizer will not be responsible!
• Card related rules: Team entry fee Rs. 1000/- must be paid before the game! (First card: Rs. 100/- Second card: Rs. 500/-)
• If there is any unruly behavior, fighting or abusive language during the game, the team will be immediately taken action!
• In case of any dispute or disagreement (dissension/conflict), the decision of the organizing committee will be the final decision!
• The organizer reserves the right to add or amend additional rules as needed!
