Expressing gratitude to the elder mother on Teej in Beltar.
The main spirit of the program
Bhadra 5, Chaudandigadhi-The pride and sentiment of Teej in Beltar put the elder women at the center. In a program organized by Nepal Mahila Sangh Chaudandigadhi, close to the Nepali Congress, 12 elderly women were honored by covering them with dosalla. The experience carried with age and the offerings made to the family and society were recognized in this way.
The form and meaning of honor
The dosalla was not just an object, it was a sign of appreciation. The women present exchanged wishes for longevity, health and a comfortable life. The joy of Teej spread with the rhythm of dance, step and applause. It was clear that this is the nature of the festival that fades away sorrow and brightens hope.
